Directly from your Dashboard
Access the support center by clicking Visit support
2. User profile
You can access Helpdesk by clicking on your avatar in the right-hand corner
You can send your questions to us immediately by using our chat box function in the bottom right corner. If we are online we will answer immediately, otherwise, as soon as we log back on we will get back to you. You will receive the response in the chat box but also by email (or SMS alert if you choose this option).
4. In-app help functions
Throughout the platform, you will see '?' buttons that are there to provide you with extra information or tips.
